It´ s certain that present-day society depends on energy. We need more and better energy to continue an economic development which is a proof of people’s well-being.
But at the same time the use of fossil energies involves relevant constraints. They are polluting and limited. Their consequences are a progressive and serious environmental damage and an outer energetic dependence which affects its price and continuous supply.
That’s why investing on new energy sources become an urgent need. It’s necessary to make progress technically and develop new and better procedures. Renewable energy is the answer.
ECOENERGY Congress-Fair tries to make these new energies known, show their possibilities and avoid and forecast events. It’s a congress-fair to show how, when and where to use renewable energies.
The congress consists of a total of three on-line sessions, which have some technical and professional lectures carried by well-known specialists. The first lecture deals about the present and future of renewable energies, then we will talk about photovoltaic solar energy and finally we will speak about biomass and bio combustibles.
Specific objectives:
· Presentation of the present-day and future of Renewable energies in Catalonia, Spain and Europe.
· Innovation and development of photovoltaic energy.
· Latest tendencies in investigation and development in biomass and bio combustibles.
· Production, management and commercialization of renewable energies.
· Business opportunities
Together with this, a Fair of products and services related to renewable energies and other activities will be held and in order to promote an sustainable environmental awareness and responsible consumption among citizenship and especially pupils at schools.
Getting involved and investing time on this knowledge is overtaking the future. A real opportunity for countries and their peoples.
